Afloat: What do you love about being a realtor? How did you get into the business?
Selling Shufords: We adore the challenge that being a realtor brings. Real estate is a giant puzzle, especially in this market. We enjoy getting creative to find homes for our buyers to buy and ways to sell our clients’ homes. We love to play matchmaker! Elizabeth got into real estate after working in the corporate world for six years- she worked in marketing and recruiting for a law firm and realized that after having children, Real Estate was more her speed. Lauren got into real estate after 10 years in marketing with Dallas Auction Gallery. Her passion for selling and her love of client services makes for a dedicated Real Estate agent.
Afloat: What’s your favorite way to celebrate your clients?
Selling Shufords: We love to celebrate with our clients! Buying and selling your home is such an exciting process. We love to give our clients something special when we head to the closing table. We also like to check in periodically and surprise our clients with seasonal gifts. Clients are the most important part of our business.
